Traditionally cooked and don’t even get me started on the flavor! I would easily put this in my top 5 dinners in Los Angeles. It wasn’t just the food either, Chef Basma is so wonderful and personable. She has an incredible knowledge of northern African food and an excited willingness to share it. I love that! Amazing chef amazing food 10/10. Wow!!!”

She educated us on Moroccan cuisine and culture as she served each dish. The aromas emanating from the kitchen as Basma cooked were incredible, which made us hungry and very ready to eat when dinner was ready. We all, including our youngest of 7 years old, loved every course; Alex remarked how amazing it was that each dish brought to the table happened to be one of our favorite foods, from the cucumber salad and split pea soup, to the spiced chickpeas and saffron rice, to the chocolate marzipan date dessert. Our youngest especially loved the delicious kofta meatballs, and the chicken Tagine was our favorite; the veggies and chicken were so tender and flavorful, and it’s such a beautiful dish. We highly recommend Basma for your next catered event! And will definitely be hiring her again ourselves!”
